SealRoof A-200 is a waterproofing protective coating based on the acrylic emulsion. It is applied both as a separate coating and on top of Liquid Rubber bitumen-polymer waterproofing materials to add color to the surface as well as additional protection from UV radiation. The material can be presented in various colors. It is not affected by ultraviolet radiation, alkalis, salts, a number of acids and is resistant to biological destruction. It has no smell. It is water based. Compatible with polyurethane, polystyrene and other insulating materials.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
SealRoof A-200 has the widest scope of applications. The material is applied to any surface and can be used both indoors and outdoors. In industry, it is used to protect surfaces from the effects of oil products, chemicals, as well as prolonged exposure to water on the surface. It is also used as a decoration for ponds and pools. High abrasion resistance makes SealRoof A-200 suitable for covering walkways, balconies and terraces.
BASE PREPARATION
The base for SealRoof A-200 shall be clean, dry and free from substances that prevent adhesion (grease, dust, petrol and diesel stains, etc.). The porous surface must be primed with a water-based deep penetration acrylic primer before applying the mastic. If SealRoof A-200 is applied onto Liquid Rubber polymer bitumen waterproofing materials as a colored top coat, the base shall be also clean.
STORAGE
The material must be stored in undamaged tightly closed packaging in a dry place at a temperature no lower than +5°C. The shelf life is within 6 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the packaging. The material that has not been completely used shall be stored with the lid tightly closed. Protect from freezing! After the expiry of the shelf life, it will be disposed of as construction waste.
